7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• HomeSurf and BerseGuide bookings subject to provider cancellation policies
• 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Berse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
