Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment to Protecting Minors and Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Berse enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and protecting minors from any form of harm, abuse, or exploitation.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Berse and will result in immediate action:

  • Posting, sharing, or soliciting any content depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of children (CSAM).
  • Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
  • Any behavior that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits individuals under the age of 18.
  • Attempts to bypass our age-gating or safety measures to interact with minors inappropriately.

3. Age Requirements

Berse is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts. If we discover an account belonging to a minor, it will be suspended immediately.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

We employ both automated systems and human moderation to detect and remove harmful content.

  • Immediate Action: Any account found violating our CSAE policy will be permanently banned.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We are legally obligated and morally committed to reporting all instances of apparent Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, and to relevant law enforcement agencies.

5. How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy or puts a child at risk, please report it immediately:

  • Use the "Report" function within the app on the specific post or user profile.
  • Email our Trust & Safety team directly at support@berse-app.com.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with domestic and international law enforcement agencies in investigating cases of child exploitation. We preserve data as required by law to assist in these investigations.
